I have been going to music & Arts for the past few years now, and the staff there are always incredibly helpful and kind. Both of my children have taken lessons from their instructors and loved it. I also have to mention that they did a great job adapting to the new environment of online learning due to COVID.
The staff are nice & know their products. Got a speaker that came without a charging cable for some reason. They gave me a new one. One of the employees even went above & got a part I was looking for. Out of curiosity & to have something in the store. No problems with the store whatsoever. And I'm a hard please Lol
The staff here are super patient and really know their stuff. He helped tune my kid’s strings again, and I have to say, this is the best music store I’ve ever been to. So glad to be a member!
Excellent service! I stopped in for clarinet reeds for my son and wasn't sure which of the several brands and thicknesses he needed. The store associate looked it up for me based on his grade and teacher, helped me locate them, explained the differences, and even gave me an additional discount that I didn't even know…
