Diego at Music & Arts (8600 Jameel Rd, Houston) is super knowledgeable on everything! I went in for flute rental and had questions about ukulele straps vs. guitar straps, and Diego provided superior professional service and is expert on all the questions.
I just found this store last December. I can say I found the right musical instrument at a great price. I found the staff extremely helpful as well. Taking lessons now and I am really pleased with my instructor. Please give Music & Arts a visit!
Had a great experience at Music and Arts. Specifically working with Diego. We had an honest chat about instrument repairs vs. purchasing used equipment. I was not a pushover - and he was definitely not pushy. We reached an agreeable business deal that works for both of us.
Had a band practice and needed my strings redone and retuned. Music & Arts offered a friendly and speedy service and I was able to make it to my band practice in time! Strings sounded perfect and allowed me to play well at my first venue gig. 10/10
