We have rented from here for years. (Violin, cello, & clarinet) The instruments have always been top quality. Customer service has always been excellent. Repairs are always done well and quickly. They have always had a loaner available during repairs, which is nice. I would recommend this store!
We were introduced to Music And Arts in Itasca when our children started playing instruments in elementary school. As our children have grown we have upgraded many of their instruments and have always found the people there very knowledgeable and helpful.
I've been coming here for lessons for my 3 children, multiple purchases of trumpets, clarinet, flutes and accessories. This location is the best for both lessons and sales. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly every time I need help whether in store or phone. If you need anything musical, come here first!
Had a fantastic experience at Music and Arts in Itasca. The staff were polite, patient, and absolutely professional. Jeff Bosaki was particularly helpful in answering my questions. Their prices are competitive and the instruments are high quality.
