This is one of the few music stores where you can buy musical equipment after hours and I really appreciate that about this place. The fact that the employees are respectful kind and knowledgeable of their craft is a bonus. Their new location is fantastic, and the staff is still exceptional!
I appreciate their help so much! I went there as a brand new beginner and bought an acoustic guitar. I was tuning my guitar and broke one of the strings. I brought it in the next morning and they repaired it free of charge since I had just gotten it. I am blown away at how amazing the customer service is here.
