5 Stars - Feels Like Home Every Time I’ve been going to Ted Brown Music since i started 7th grade from the school across from it—mostly on Wednesdays for lessons—and every time I walk in, it just feels right. The store has such a warm, welcoming vibe that honestly makes it feel a bit like home.
I love Ted Brown Music! I have been with them for a few years and grandfathered in the rent to own program. I do not think they do the rent to own anymore but they still gave great options. It has been great. Never an issue. A few years ago a mishap happened with my card and it was not a problem.
So far off to a rough start, came in on 12/10/24 to locate a rental Euphonium/Baritone for my son's school and the Sales Clerk located one in Seattle and we we're told it would arrive 12/13/24. Stopped in on 12/13/24 before closing and they acted like they knew nothing and had to take my info down again!
All the staff I have encountered make me feel heard and educated. Every single interaction has been positive, and I feel good leaving. 2 sessions into Guitar lessons with Joel and I'm absolutely thrilled.
