Good service. Clean store. Staff was knowledgeable about the musical instruments. Like any contract, they went over it in detail with me. Line by line. I also read it before signing. They even gave me a coupon since we waited in line. Worth renting from.
The staff at Music and Arts are very helpful, and there is quite a variety of instruments. I came here for a repair and will say - the repair costs are quite absurd. However, this is not a fault on any of the employees or the store itself. The convenient location is also a plus.
My daughter takes flute lessons here and is progressing nicely. While she takes her lesson I always browse and pick up or order something for my Rock Band nights! Orders always come fast and correct. Staff is very helpful and make the experience a pleasure.
The store has a good selection of fine instruments. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer nice promotions and discounts.
