Elizabeth was wonderful, she helped my daughter with trading her 1/4 size cello for a 1/2 cello. She went as far as finding a song in a book my knew, to help her practice and get used to the new cello.
Although this is a chain, it is a welcoming and reliable music store. They have an excellent rental/rent to own program for school band students. The staff is generally knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. They have a nice selection of sheet music and books for different instruments.
Nice store and staff. I just wish they had a broader inventory. They have nice rental instruments for a reasonable price. It would be nice to have the option to renew the rental online or at the store, rather than having to send card information through mail.
