I had taken to them my daughter's violin that had a string pop off and was needed for virtual learning! I anxiously called the store and my call was answered on first ring by Sam. I mentioned to Sam what I needed and he insured me that the store was capable of helping me out in no time!
Fantastic Store! The lady (Jess) was so nice on the phone, so I checked it out - I was amazed! Personally, I think it beats guitar center in customer service. They may not have as large a selection as guitar center but this is going to be my new music store. Love the place - everyone is so friendly and willing to help!
Great selection of instruments at a convenient location. They had to send my guitar away for repairs, and the price and turn-around time were quite reasonable. They sell short scale instruments for kids (I kinda want one for myself). Can't wait to get back there and look around some more.
Music and Arts has a great selection from the majors brands, and Sam has been my go to for guitar and bass purchases. Friendly service and a staff focused on getting you something you'll be happy with for years down the road rather than pushing a purchase on you
