Excellent customer service from Kristin R for assistance on my purchase of an electric guitar. I had called the day before to see if it was still there from a previous visit. It was still available and I told her I would either come by before they closed or stop in the next day.
I recently bought a digital piano there and they were great! The store manager Kristen, a college student store associate, and a tuba teacher helped me unpack and load the digital piano into my car. They were so helpful, so nice, and made sure that I went home with my piano that day.
Excellent service! I recently had an accident with my flute which caused one of my keys to be slightly bent out of place, resulting in the instrument being practically unable to sound. I called Music and Arts at the recommendation of a fellow music teacher and I'm so glad I did!
I go to Otterbein University and went to fix my guitar which had soooo many problems. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me but he cleaned my guitar, fixed all the problems I had and even some I didn't realize I had. Then, he only charged me for to strings ($4).
