I was looking for a 5-piece drum kit set for my son, so I ordered one from Music and Arts. After placing the order online, I had trouble receiving it. Luckily, I spoke to Kevin Stocker, Store Manager and he was kind enough to chase people and track my order.
I’ve been meaning to send this for a few weeks, and wanted to say how much I appreciate the support Elijah and the others showed me when I came in to buy a guitar. I am a beginner and wanted to find a good guitar that would allow me to grow as a musician but not break the bank.
While I did not purchase anything, I had a positive interaction with multiple employees. I spoke mainly with Sean. Just from the enjoyably lengthy conversation, I can tell that the employees here really value their customers!
Best customer service possible. Today was the second visit requiring the repair of my sons alto saxophone. On Both visits they repaired the sax while I waited. Now I understand why our music teacher highly recommends this music and arts location. They have gained a loyal customer!
