I found them to be very helpful and personable. They helped me pick out a nice-sounding acoustic guitar that I will be gifting to my father on Father's Day. He mentioned that he has always wanted to learn to play and now that he's retired he has all the time in the world.
Great place for guitar gear. Great Staff. I Love the rotation they have on pedals. They sometimes get some really cool and rare pedals. They also have great prices on last minute stuff. I needed a case for my Lennon Casino at a good price. They had a very nice TSA gator case in stock at a perfect price.
Absolutely amazing guys here. Sales manager David went above and beyond for me, at least in my opinion. Worked with me on shipping (I'm in VA.) and when the case I ordered didn't fit my guitar, he found one that would, at no charge. Things like this are why I prefer non major music store chains.
Came in to get my guitar tuned and was told it was already perfect and didn't charge me. I ended up buying several things to go along with the guitar I was gifting someone so they could start learning. They were all very personable and you could tell they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop.
