There is no other place I would take my business than Tone Shop Guitars. Whether it’s Southlake, Addison, or now with the Fort Worth location being closer to home — nothing but the best experiences with them as a premier example of excellent customer service and hospitality as an establishment.
Normally a customer of their Southlake location, but went to check out this location while visiting my parents. Staff here were very helpful in assisting me with purchasing a beautiful used Martin 000-28 in great condition.
If you’re looking for professional level setups, LOOK NO FURTHER. The BEST setup I’ve ever had done on a guitar. The proof is in the pudding. You walk in, not only do they have a nice variety of amazing guitars, they all play absolutely phenomenally. So I had to get my setup done there.
Great staff! Chris by far has been the nicest guitar store employee i've ever seen. Helped trading in even when we forgot driver's license and allowed use of a photo! (Of course verifying it was the same person in the license) Was extremely nice and gave us a good deal on trade ins.
