I have had dealings with Mr. Wilkins since 1980 and I have been treated with the up most respect. Mr. Wilkins encouraged me to do great as a Trumpet player. Dave also treated my mother like a dear, old friend. Dave continued to ask about my mom over the years until she passed away.

I recently visited another locally owned music store closer to my job. I felt like the owner was trying to get over on me and influence me to buy 1 of his very expensive instruments. He had to "send off" his repairs and they returned with hefty price tags. I had almost given up until I tried this store.

I stopped in with my daughter to get general information and prices for her interest in owning a guitar when she starts taking lessons. The gentleman was very polite and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability (while also politely assisting another set of customers who had come in).

I came in the shop with $100 cash needing a guitar and he lead me over to a rack of used guitars he just bought without price tags on them and told me pick the one I liked most and if it was over 100 it would be fine. I got a very nice Ibanez that was going to be $200 They are very nice people and honest
