Matt went out of his way to provide excellent service on my oboe in a very timely manner. He is extremely friendly and doesn’t cut corners whatsoever. He let me know that if I notice any adjustments that aren’t quite to my satisfaction, he’ll correct them at no extra charge, which I really appreciate.
I've gone to music medic on several occasions over the last three years. Emergency slide repair before a U of M performance was fixed like new and only took the afternoon. More recently I had a dent taken out of the tuning slide and it only took a couple minutes and I was out the door. Best prices and service by far.
Took my daughters broken flute in to get it repaired. The gentleman behind the counter opened it up, tried to fix but unfortunately a key was broken to repair was more then the flute was worth. Luckily he had a flute available for purchase and I was able to walk out within 20 mins of arrival new to us flute in hand.
This is a shop for the true guitarist the owner is not only knowledgeable about guitars, equipment, amplifiers and effects he's also a luthier prices on the quality of the instruments in his shop are exceptional. !🎸
