Lived in Oregon for 11 years and I originally came to the music shop in 2004 and talked to Keaton he helped me out with great customer service and was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a full system. 4 amps, solo x with custom box, mids and highs, and a pioneer navigation flip out tv.
If price is your main concern ... this is probably not the place for you. If, quality workmanship and superior service after the sale are high priorities then this is where you want to go. I have been a regular customer here for years and, I will continue to be a customer here as long as they are open.
We purchased a used vehicle from a dealer in Grants Pass that needed "help" with the existing radio. Knobs were broken and the Sirius/XM satellite needed to be activated. The dealer tried gluing the knobs on but that just didn't work. The dealer's service rep. sent us to the Music Shop and said to check in with Grant.
I've taken all six of my cars to the Music Shop, the first of which was when I was 16. My family has also been doing business with them for years, and have always referred people to the shop. Overall you can not beat what they have to offer.
