I cannot express enough gratitude to Pat, the shop’s repair guru, and the entire Music World crew over in Battle Ground!! I had to get two of my electric acoustic guitars set up for a friend’s wedding this weekend and was looking for a shop to squeeze me in on short notice.
I wish my kiddo and I would have explored this place sooner. She has a passion for music and has been asking for lessons. We were able to bring in an instrument she already owns for an on the house tune, some advice about how to clean it up properly and a case that was definitely the right price 😉.
Tyler and the staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Have been there many times since my daughter has been involved in a band program. The great customer service and knowledgeable advice regarding so many different instruments is always impressive.
Took my 15 year old guitar in to get a complete refurbishment, and Tyler Wanke, the store manager, was absolutely phenomenal. Quickly took care of my guitar with overwhelmingly awesome customer service and professionalism.
