Tracy, the owner, took so much time with us. I reached out from North Carolina upon the recommendation of my daughter’s band director. Tracy called me immediately. We spent some time on the phone while she determined our specific needs. She was willing to send several flutes to North Carolina for my daughter to test.
Musical Innovations truly sets the bar for customer service and expertise in the music world. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming and knowledgeable staff make you feel like part of the family.
Family owned business!! Tracy and her team are a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional! During a step up promotion they were hosting in December 2024, I took my son in to look at upgrading his saxophone.
Tracy and her staff have gone above and beyond to provide superb customer service! Musical Innovations has a large inventory of great quality instruments and we have purchased several saxophones from them over the last couple of years. Most recently a Selmer for our son’s freshman year in college.
