Bernhardt House of Violins has been very helpful and accommodating, both for me personally and for my Suzuki violin studio. The quality of both their smaller size instruments, step up violins and professional models is excellent.
We had an amazing experience here! They were able to change a string for us last minute over the weekend due to our current instrument rental facility not having staff or strings available. Our experience was so great they we will be switching our rental to them, because they were so helpful and accommodating.

I've had great experiences coming in here! The people are very knowledgeable about all things strings! I did have a repair take over two months to complete, which is why I can't give five stars, but otherwise very wonderful place!
