Musicare is one of my favorite shops in town. I bought my first professional trumpet there used and have been extremely satisfied. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I lost a screw to the trigger on my trumpet and a new one was made free of charge while I waited and was prepared to pay.
Wonderful customer service! Repaired a brass instrument and took the time to help my child (1st year band student) improve how he holds his instrument. They showed us some antiques, told us a bit about the history of some of them and gave us pointers on caring for the instrument. Thank you!
Excellent shop. They did a great job with my precious guitar. Even with high guage strings. and super low tuning, they made my guitar perfect. I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Highly recommend.
I was so incredibly impressed and charmed by this shop and its owners! Purchasing a new instrument here was not just a transaction. The owners truly care about what they do and want you to love your new instrument and be successful. They are definitely not just in it for the money.
