My son needed a new instrument. His school is set up with Musicians’ Repair and Sales. I called them and the person on the phone was extremely polite, patient and helpful. Especially, considering I had to call multiple times because their website did not provide the options that I needed.
I love Musician's Repair! They are very skilled and great to work with. In my experience, repairs are always done on or ahead of schedule. They came highly recommended by my daughter's flute teacher 5 years ago, and I have been going to them ever since.
My family has been renting/buying/repairing from Dan and his team for two years. They have always been so flexible, accommodating, and knowledgeable. This week, they stepped up big time with a last minute rescue on a sizing error of mine with my kid’s cello. The communication from them has always been excellent.
I wouldn’t take my guitars anywhere else to have work done on them…absolutely top notch luthier work..extremely professional and courteous staff!
