We stumbled up on the store while in Pittsburgh for an appointment. I was interested in hearing a guitelele. They were really great about pulling it out of the box (brand new) and tuning it up for me to check out.
Really enjoyed the store. It was my first time coming in today, and Bill immediately helped me take care of a set up for my Gretsch. Then Aedan was very kind and patient in baby sitting me as I played a bunch of different guitars. I loved that they have non-traditional brands alongside Fender, Gibson, PRS, etc.
Whether it’s a guitar or a pedal the fabulous customer service is always the same!! Special orders are flawless and I have had nothing but great experiences here! Thanks Billy you always get it done!! So appreciate everyone at NStuff!!
I've never left a review before but honestly this store has some of the most helpful staff in existence. They're very personable and awesome even if it's youre first time at a music store. They were very helpful in helping me find the right guitar pedal for what I needed and I had a fun time while doing so.
