So I stop by National Pawn shop in Hope Mills and felt very welcomed by all staff. Upon walking in everyone greeted me which felt amazing. As I waited to be helped Caleb was very pleasant! He is an amazing employee and helped me exceed my expectations on my jewelry. He was very helpful and kind. Thank you !
Michelle is amazing she always helps me get what I need and when it comes to my jewelry it is always clean and and like new. I just love her and all the staff in this location.
Great service, and friendly staff. Great place to go if you need some cash right now. Reasonable rates for pawn.
I went into sell some items to get some extra money for my babies and my person who checked me out was Michelle. Not only was she super sweet she also looked out for me and gave me a decent amount back for my items I’m super grateful for her and her wonderful service!
Selling or trading gear at National Pawn
National Pawn comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
