From the reviews
About 8 years ago, I started taking voice lessons with Rick Smith, co-owner. In more recent years, I have added piano (intermittently) with Rick and violin with Anne Anderson. Two years ago I enrolled my two young granddaughters in piano lessons with Rick.
I enrolled my daughter in piano lessons 2 years ago as a 6 year old. She had never taken formal lessons before and we were looking for a good fit. She began taking lessons under Rick Smith and it has been one of the best decisions for her personal growth.
I have two children who have taken piano lessons from Rick Smith. The quality of the lessons, care for my children’s needs, and professionalism of not only our teacher but also the company make this school stand out!
I have been taking piano lessons at New School of Music for many years. The staff has always been very helpful. I feel like I have learned a lot from my instructor, Rick Smith. I would recommend New School of Music to anyone . It's been a wonderful experience!
Lessons at New School of Music Gwinnett/Buford
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at New School of Music Gwinnett/Buford. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
