⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my second visit to “Chun Strings”, and once again they made me feel completely confident leaving my precious instrument in their care. They always treat my cello with such respect, care, and professionalism. Knowing I can trust them with something so important to me means everything.
Chun Strings is where we rented our child's viola, but when we came to return it since our child no longer plays, we noticed a crack in the instrument. Despite the damage, they didn't charge us for the repair. Their understanding and customer service are truly exceptional.
I've started taking adult violin lessons at Chun strings and I am very pleased with my instructor Anne and with the great service that Miss Kim and Alice provide. Everyone is very helpful and friendly here and I always feel welcomed.
