From the reviews
Great place with a great staff very knowledgeable professional and helpful and when life happens and issues come up they've always worked with me im very thankful and grateful to do business with real decent people who actually help and not just help themselves like many other places in today's world thanks for…
The staff are always helpful. I was injured June 2023 and when they heard what happened, they were understanding about my situation and worked with me to get me caught up again with my interest. They're always polite and respectful. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.
I am to say, probably the best pawnshop in butte! They have anything from a wide selection of electronics. To Pellet Guns and real Guns. The staff is extremely helpful, patient and kind. Exactly what I like to see keep it up! -Chase Cleveland
The staff is always helpful and friendly. I've been coming here a long time and never have had a bad experience. Also the shake a day opportunity they give you to win money just for coming in is so awesome!
Selling or trading gear at Northwest Pawn Butte
Northwest Pawn Butte comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
