From customer service on the phone to customer service in the store, OC Music was fantastic! I brought my 10-year old son's violin in to see if it could be repaired. I made the mistake of purchasing his violin online and the warranty repair parts were taking forever to arrive from China.
Great place. Bought an acoustic guitar from them. Competitive pricing vs online, and did not have to pay additional amount to have initial setup, that was already done. Very happy with purchase. Looking forward to starting my lessons there!
One of my grandsons wanted to learn the guitar. After researching numerous places for lessons I settled on here. What a good choice! The staff was just so kind and helpful. He starts his lessons next week and I'm looking forward to see how he progressive. Fine place.
