Had a great experience renting my son’s cello here. After using another music store to rent my daughters violin for two years, the credit we accrued only covered a small part of a very expensive instrument. At Olivas, it’s basically a rent to own program so you end up with the instrument at the end.
I went in for some guitar strings and Mr Bernal was such an amazing employee and helped me pick out the right strings for my guitar, he even helped me install them!! The atmosphere is really good and the music they had playing in the background just hit in a whole different level!!
This is my first time renting an instrument from them. VERY VERY satisfied with their customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and very patient. They are knowledgeable about their instruments. Aaron, the young gentleman who help us out was extremely helpful and friendly.
The ONLY music store in West El Paso that'll do electric guitar repair. Great fast, friendly, and well-done service. And for a hella good price. A nice alternative to traveling into or across town only to go and get ripped by a big chain music store and wait 2 months to get your guitar back!!!
