My husband and I didn't know anything about the violin and we needed some strings (It's our sons 1st year in orchestra.) When we got to the store Joe was there to help us immediately. He went above and beyond to help us out and explain what our sons used violin needed.
Symphony Strings is a very unpretentious place, but they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for not only professional and accomplished performers but also beginning Violin, Viola, and Violoncello instrumentalists. It is a relatively young business, but a very much needed one for El Paso.
Not only are the instruments beautiful and in top shape but the staff is really knowledgeable and their customer service is wonderful. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is really nice.
My son has been playing two years with a cheap student instrument. The staff took the time to let my son try several violins and bows until he found the one that he felt the most comfortable with and could grow with. Very professional and friendly service. I just wish they weren't so far from Alamogordo!
