Update..Just plugged in my Fender and its great. Thanks to the repair guy for giving me honest experience. I TOTALLY ROCCOMEND these guys...Shout Out to my buddies in CIVIL STRIFE for the suggestion having used these guys. I've just started recently playing guitar. I bought a used Fender amp.
Great people! I got my first banjo here for a great price. Was taught how to tune it and even signed up for lessons! I broke a string my first week and when I brought my banjo in they replaced the string and taught me how to do so if it happened again.
I got a new Martin from Sweetwater that needed a setup badly. I hated having to take a new guitar to the shop and leaving it but it worked out really well. It was done in less than 24 hours and sounds way better. Best of all I felt valued as a customer and like it was important that I was happy with the service.
I visited this music store for the first time today and I'll definitely be back. Had a great conversation with the owner about local legends and legendary musicians we've met in the Knoxville area amongst other things. Incredibly prompt and professional service and an overall fairly priced guitar shop.
