I needed a guitar for some songwriting while in Orlando with an artist for a few days, and Kenny with Backline was incredibly accommodating. As requested, the guitar was at our hotel when I got there and Kenny was in constant contact making sure everything was going smoothly while in town.
We flew in from Texas for a private event and did not want to pay to ship my drum kit. Kenny at Orlando Backline was very helpful getting the setup i needed and their prices are great. They even delivered and picked up the kit after the event.
Needed to rent a guitar for a gig. Kenny was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience smooth and easy. They even dropped off and picked up the guitar from the venue.I felt like a "rock star" (which I am certainly not:)).
I highly recommend Orlando Backline Rentals. We flew into Orlando on vacation and did not want to go through the hassle of bringing a guitar on the plane. Kenny called me back and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Which is very hard to find nowadays.
