Really appreciate the attention given to my beloved old Washburn G2V here. These folks found parts & elusive little pieces that have been missing or broken for a very long time. The owners and their staff are so nice, and as another reviewer mentioned, very genuine! I've been taking guitar lessons with Ben for some time, and although I've moved to Nashville, I'm still doing video lessons with him.
Outpost music is great, friendly and extremely helpful for a 65 year old newbie. Decided at 65 I always wanted to try to play the guitar, and yes Ben Janzow can teach an old dog new tricks. Only 3 lessons under my belt but extremely happy with my progress.
