This is a great, family owned and operated business that has served Southeast Wisconsin for decades. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The school service teams go out of their way to support teachers and are always there for pick-ups and super fast deliveries.
Pretty good place to take an instrument in for repair. I can only talk about the servicing department, because I have not taken lessons or bought any instruments here. Like I said pretty good. With any service place, you’ll get a varying level of quality.
I love coming for my lessons at White House of Music in Waukesha. My teacher, Linda, is excellent, however could push me a bit for more challenge. Negatives would be, I feel students who pay for lessons should get a discount on lesson books. Today I had to spend $46 for books to be used for my beginner phase.
We were greeted at the door as soon as we entered. We were directed to John who helped me pick out an amplifier and a Mandolin. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the Mandolin was set up correctly before I left. It's a great store. Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.
