I had an excellent experience at Palen's Overland Park, Kansas store. I was searching for an acoustic guitar, and Paul was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the differences between various neck sizes, demonstrating how they affect comfort and playability.
If you haven’t been, I strongly recommend going here for all your musical needs, or even just to hang out. Their inventory is wicked cool, they had a lot of custom made amps and instruments, as well as a wide variety of brands you normally don’t see in a retail setting.
Paul Chandler was super helpful without being pushy. Just a real person who knows his stuff and enjoys helping people find the right fit. I left with a great guitar and felt good about the whole experience. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
If you are looking for kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to come! They went out of their way to help us and give us great information about guitars I wanted to sell. Honest and very informative.
