I bought an electric guitar here after first going to GC and being turned off by the lack of customer service. Music & Arts felt more like a retail and music shop and less like a dive bar. I have no experience with guitars and was a complete beginner so I didn't have much expectations.
I came in today with a guitar that I had just gotten for my birthday. I am very new to guitars in general. Max and Mallory did a fantastic job. I was expecting a quick glance over the guitar and then they would tell me what needed to be done and that would be it but instead, I got way more than I would have expected…
I'm very glad I found this store. I needed a quick repair for my son's viola that he needed the next day. Since all the other music stores were already closed, I was lucky to find this one still open.
Neat little shop. Friendly staff. They let us browse around with no sales pressure but were also very engaged and responsive when we approached them with questions. Found exactly what we were looking for and will definitely think of them for any future purchases.
