I just got my Wessex F Berg tuba back from the repair shop. When I took it in for repairs, I was afraid it would be a problem because it is a Chinese horn. Corey said it should not be a problem. My problem was with a rubber rotary valve stop that had broken.
I took all 3 of my trombones in at different points and I'm new to town so I wasn't sure what to expect. I received amazing customer service and stellar craftsmanship from Cory DeVine. He is eager to work and offer ideas and works swiftly with an eagles eye for detail.
My son whose in marching band and they were doing practice during summer. He dropped his trombone causing it to bend. We took it to Palen the next day expecting a Long repair time and wanted to ask for a loaner. The repair man was very understanding of the situation and took the time to repair it while we waited.
I dropped in to get a few supplies and a quote for an instrument repair and left with so much more! The staff, particularly Chase Cavalier, was incredibly helpful and gave me some excellent recommendations. He also took the time to show me a couple of saxophones and let me play test them.
