I'm always greeted by a super friendly staff; they'll even get on a first name basis with their repeat customers. They carry a pretty wide selection of sheet music for piano, strings, and horns. Also they have a repair shop within their store called independent music repair.
Very nice and helpful staff. I'd ordered a violin for my daughter for sixth grade orchestra and went to Saied Music to pick it up. Alan tuned the violin up for us and even played a couple of lovely tunes on it. I will definitely go back to Saied Music for any future musical needs.
Me and a fellow trombone player came into town on tour and needed repairs. Simple but frustrating issues with our horns. We came in and were given free repairs for the simple work within the hour. Super nice staff, helpful and talkative informing us about the area as this was our first stop at this city on tour.
Purchased some instrument care product recently from this store. Store is in a great location with easy access to I-49. I quickly found what I needed. Staff was helpful and friendly.
