This place is one of the coolest music stores I’ve visited! The have strings, drums, brass, winds, keyboards and so much more! I got the tour of the building, it was an old bank and they still have the big vault with the door! They made that a beautiful showcase room and gig room!
This store has been around for a long time. They have an excellent selection of instruments for all levels - pianos, guitars, banjos, accordions, keyboards, band and orchestral. The staff is quick to volunteer help. They also have a large selection of sheet music and provide lessons for many instruments.
I took in a vintage guitar for bridge modification and restringing and they worked on it as we waited. We were pleased with the care and attention they showed and the price was lower than we expected. Highly recommended!!
Palen Music Center which used to be Senseney Music is located near Lincoln and Washington Street. They offer competitive prices. They have private lessons and instrument service. The people at the front counter are very friendly and knowledgeable.
