Unbelievable customer service, quality instruments and repair work. My son dropped his clarinet and needed it repaired ASAP. After googling what could be wrong and how to fix it until the wee hours of the morning, I decided I'd better just let the professionals check it out.

I needed an emergency repair (first time I've been in this kind of situation)... Jon Ray was actually out of the country, but answered my "plea for help" text and got me connected with one of his Brass tech's. This was a great business to work with, they provided oustanding customer service, knowledgeable on the flute we wanted to purchase and extremely fair on pricing compared to other music stores. Staff shipped flute extremely quickly and it arrived in excellent condition. Great place to purchase instruments from.
