This location is great. The staff that I’ve dealt with the past three and a half years has been polite and actually has a good personality most days, Aside from the newer long haired guy, he has no personality or ambition. But If the others are’nt outgoing one visit, it’s usually the customer base they deal with.

I want to say thank you to David. He was just a great person to work with. Friendly but also kept the transaction moving along. I went to Pawn America today to sell sell some PS4 games to get quick cash. I was greeted and help right away as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly place and Professional staff their as well. Great place to shop and pawn your stuff you don't need anymore.

Ashley helped check us out, and made a smooth transaction with us. Was patient when we needed access to items. Store was clean as it could be with the weather conditions, and assistance was immediate. We stop here when we are in the area, and will continue to do so.
