I had a great experience buying a new guitar amplifier from Pecknel. I've driven past the store many times but never been in. When I was shopping for a new amp online, I ended up on their website. They had a promotion going where you could name a price on the website and they would negotiate with you over text.
I am currently a student here and have had a very positive experience. The piano teacher Christina is patient, knowledgeable, and makes lessons both enjoyable and motivating. I feel supported and encouraged to improve every week.
We needed help in refreshing an old violin use by my mother-in-law. She is 96 now and the violin has been in storage for years. She was asking for it and so we looked for it and found it in a closet. It was a mess with some damage to the wood and all of the strings and the bow needing work.
Everything was great about this except for the packing and lack of fragile stickers on the box. The guitar was very slightly damaged due to this. But Pecknel made it right by giving us a further discount on an already great price.
