Friendly, knowledgeable and exceptional service. I live 7 hours away but found the guitar online, located at this store. I bought the guitar site unseen, and they shipped it out to me. The guitar arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped, however it needed a little adjustment but the truss rod wouldn't move.
