Owner was extremely helpful, patient, and encouraging while I, an EXTREMELY out-of-practice adult, banged around on pianos trying to remember how to play anything I memorized during my years of child/teen-hood lessons. Found exactly what I was looking for very quickly and had it here within 2 days! Excellent service.

It's a beautiful place for a small concert or music based event but the older gentleman who is managing it made our group quickly feel unwelcome about a very minor issue that he seemed to take as a very personal matter.

We had a piano moved from PA to North Carolina and when it arrived, two men from Piedmont Music Center helped moved it off the truck and into the house. Set it up and made sure that it was placed where it should be in the house. They were extremely helpful and informative as we are new piano owners.
