They were great. I Ordered a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-895. The price was good, the sales experience was smooth. The staff was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The order was processed promptly and my piano arrived a month early. Delivery and setup was flawless.
Brittany at Playground music was so helpful when needing to trade my daughter’s clarinet for a tenor sax. She made the transition so easy and gave updates as they happened. We’ve been using playground music coming on 4 years and have always received excellent customer service.
