Went in itching to a/b a couple amps I'd been curious about, luckily they had both and Mao took me upstairs to try them out. He was very sweet, helpful and generous with his time, plus understanding that I wanted to wait for a used model to come in.
I recently went into the Portland Music Company’s NE Broadway location in Portland. My goal was to find a new acoustic guitar that would give me more satisfaction than my existing guitar, which is a great instrument that I’ve had for 34 years.
Shout out to Portland Music and Marvin who helped me understand all the Martin guitars. They are an official retail outlet for Martin Guitar Company. Thanks to Marvin I now know the differences between the "0"'s, "00"'s, "000"'s, "OM"'s, Deluxes, D-18s, D-28s , and a couple custom Martins to boot, having played them…
They were super friendly and extremely helpful! I bought some locking guitar straps and they installed them for me in store while I waited.
