My family has been buying guitars from Rainbow since 2002. We moved in 2004 and never did get a chance to come back and visit over the years. Fast forward to 2022 and to my surprise, ITS STILL THERE! Every Saturday my Dad used to take us in here and it was always a treat.
I don't trust anyone else for my set-ups/repairs. Their repair department is very skilled and compassionate. Everyone I talked to was courteous! Well worth the small wait for the highest-quality shop in Tucson, in my opinion. Long Live Rainbow Guitars!
Being new to Tucson, I was in the market and came across Rainbow Guitars through a google search. I was very hesitant about the whole "appointment only" thing. Boy was I wrong. Harvey worked with my schedule, was very communicative, and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience!
I set up an appointment with Harvey the owner. I asked him to pull out a couple of Telecasters for me. They were all great selections and it was a wonderful experience. I bought the James Burton Custom Telecaster with hand painted blue paisley flames, trimmed in gold on the front and back. It’s a beauty!
