Had my vintage saxophone repaired here after a local guy couldn't fix it. I was very pleased with their efforts and happy with the service. Rettig stores all communicate so your horn may end up in Defiance location.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my recently acquired violin without too much trouble and talked me through all of my options to find the best solution for me. I did have a little trouble with them getting a hold of me when the violin was fixed.
We have been customers of Rettig for quite a while. We have always been pleased with the customer service and the quality of the repairs for our instruments (tenor sax and trombone) Recently the Toledo store went above and beyond for a problem with our son's saxophone.
