This is an overall good music store. They have a wide variety of reeds and other instrumental parts, and the staff is generally pleasant. I have on occasion had problems with my saxophone, and they were able to fix it in one day in time for my audition.
Been there twice within a month. 1st my ring on the trumpet on the slide broke, they had one and put it on. 2nd my mouthpiece got jammed and they fixed in 5 min no charge. Staff is great.
What a great experience!! I had dropped off my son’s clarinet for repairs, and due to my work schedule, didn’t realize that there was a band meeting tonight. I called Rettig and asked if I could rent one for a month. Instead the gentleman I spoke with, Shawn, said he’d check to see if there was a loaner available.
I go here to get all of my reeds for both my baritone sax and alto sax and music books. They are nearly organized and the staff is really respectful and helpful. They fix every problem I have with both saxophones and they also do a complete tune up every year. I highly reccomend this place.
