If you miss that local music store you grew up with, this is the place for you. Reminiscent of my band years in high school, each time I walk in I see familiar faces and hear no less than 5 different instruments in their respective sound rooms during lessons.
I had an excellent experience with their customer service and repair pricing. When my daughter’s violin split at the seam, I was worried the repair would cost hundreds. Instead, they fully repaired and restrung it for under $100. The gentleman I spoke with was especially helpful.
The staff was excellent. The person I spoke with was very helpful and extremely informative. This place also has some beautiful instruments. If you are ever looking for an instrument I would head over to these guys, they know what they are talking about. They seem to have a passion for their work.
We had an older bass guitar that was in need of some attention. We gave it to them and they took it apart cleaned it, put on new strings, and made it look better than it did before. The guy at the desk is super knowledgeable about music and instruments. We didn’t utilize this, but they also give lessons.
