Disclaimer: This review is based solely on my experiences alone. This is in no way, shape or form, meant to offend or discourage anyone. I had been into Rhapsody a few times. I am a lover of music, very passionate about the way it soothes and heals.
I had a great experience at Rhapsody Music in Mankato. I bought a used guitar from Facebook a little while ago and had been playing on it for almost a month, but my fingers kept hurting more than normal (and I’ve been playing for over 10 years). I finally realized it wasn’t me , it was the guitar.
I bought a guitar there four years ago and now has some issues with it. They looked up my guitar in their inventory and put in a warranty request. They worked on the guitar to figure out what was wrong. They have knowledge, friendly staff and a nice selection of guitars, amps, drums, mixer boards, and much much more.
My amp had power to the power tubes, but to nothing else. There's a guy in town who knows just about everything concerning guitars, amps, and repairs, and he had no clue. I brought it to Rhapsody and the guy had it fixed in 1.
