Someone at Old Towne Music referred me to Bob, I called him and explained what was going on, the shop was technically closed but he said its a quick fix and waited for me to get to him. Super genuine and friendly guy, we talked for about 20 min while he did his magic, felt like I was just talking to a friend.
Rob has been working on my Upright basses for the past 18 years. He's very knowledgeable and reliable when its comes to stringed instruments. Rob has done major repairs and restoration projects for me as well as the general maintenance of my upright basses over the years.
Rob is a great friend to our shop, and does a lot of work on my personal instruments as well as many of our shop instruments. We've sent plenty of customers his way for setups and repairs, and we always get a glowing review back from them. He's a super nice guy and he won't rip you off or do unnecessary work.
